Where you tag or mention Spirit of Indian™ in a public social media post, we may contact you or request permission to repost or use the content. A public post or social media tag does not by itself transfer ownership of the content to Spirit of Indian LLC.
If you previously gave us permission to use submitted content and want to withdraw that permission for future use, contact us. Withdrawal will not affect lawful use before withdrawal and may not be possible for material already printed, distributed or incorporated into completed promotional materials.
